How many of your employees do not have their high school diploma?
Grow your workforce by ensuring your employees have the academic and employability skills you’d like through a reimbursement grant of up to $500.
Start with supporting the High School Equivalency.
Many of your employees may not have the time or the resources to go back to school to achieve their high school diploma.
Why not add “education assistance” to your list of benefits? There are over 20 Adult Learning Centers in Northwest Indiana offering free High School Equivalency (HSE) test preparation with varied days and hours.
Education benefits are a win-win. Some benefits to the employer include:
•Maintains or increases employee satisfaction and loyalty
•Retention of current employees
•Increases productivity and innovation
•Provides an incentive for employees to stay motivated and can increase their desire to continue learning new skills
Currently there is funding available to reimburse employers up to $500 for actual expenses per worker (18 years of age or older) who is enrolled with an official Adult Learning program in Northwest Indiana. To learn more about reimbursements and ideas on how to improve the education levels of your workforce, contact Kitty Meyer at the Center of Workforce Innovations at 219-462-2940, ext. 44 or at kmeyer@cwicorp.com.
