NextLevel Jobs is an initiative of the State of Indiana launched in August 2017. It is a partnership among the Governor’s Office, the Department of Workforce Development (DWD), and the Commission for Higher Education (CHE). Two grants, the Workforce Ready Grant (WRG) for individuals and the Employer Training Grant (ETG) for employers, are available through NextLevel Jobs. Both are designed to skill up workers interested in securing high-demand jobs in priority industry sectors.
Whether you’re a Hoosier looking for a better-paying job, or an employer looking for a better-skilled workforce, Indiana’s Next Level Jobs initiative can help.
