When you are young, getting a decent job or just figuring out what you want to do with your future can be a tough process. WorkOne can help with questions like– where can I get the experience, training, and job search skills? Many resources are available to youth 16 and older. And, if you are between 16-24 years of age, regardless of your status in school or out, you may meet Workforce Investment Opportunity Act (WIOA) eligibility guidelines, which can provide you with training dollars or scholarships. Contact your local WorkOne office and ask to speak to a Youth Career Advisor.
